All Over Nymphéas

All Over Nymphéas is inspired by Les Nymphéas, an idyllic vision painted many times by Claude Monet in which he declines, in response to the atrocities of war, the only motif of the basin of his garden in Giverny. Transferring this approach to our troubled times, this piece relies on the notion of "motif" to shape the architecture of a fragmented landscape where metamorphosis is king. Like Monet's water lilies, All Over Nymphéas is a graphic and hypnotic garden whose expansion of motifs reveals the effervescence of our deep motivations. This piece is dedicated to Raimund Hoghe. — Emmanuel Eggermont
