An articulation focused on the sensoriality of movement, with an emphasis on modulating tone and building a tactile zone that slides between the topographies of space, bodies and imagination. I call this articulation “river-sea”: a dance practice developed to expand personal movement repertoires in dialog with other people and situations in the same space. The practice includes studies of the fascia –the largest sensory organ in the human body–combined with notes on proprioception and perception. This journey will also be stimulated by the idea of “chemical fiction”, which looks at fiction as a haptic extension of reality and chemistry as an agent of emotion that navigates the entrails of performativity and various forms of representation. — Cristian Duarte
