violetas [violets] is an intimate dance piece where one exists and endures in a minimalist environment. The dancing body is proposed as unique and sufficient. violetas plays with expectation and perception within the initial challenge to a possible stimulation of the senses. Installed in an environment where a place of intimacy and reflection on it is recreated, universes of malleability, complexity and subjectivity are created, suggesting a reflection on margins, centres and the places in-between.
