Accessibility
Physical accessibility of buildings
For each event, we indicate the conditions of access to the rooms and activities for wheelchair users. If you have any questions, please contact us at bilheteira.tmp@agoraporto.pt.
Accessibility for neurodivergent people
Whenever possible, we also provide in the page of each event useful information regarding the light, sound or other conditions of a performance or activity, such as the use of strobe lights. If you would like more information about these conditions in any of the performances or activities, you can write to us at bilheteira.tmp@agoraporto.pt.
Accessibility for people with visual impairment
Accessibility for people with visual impairment In the sessions with audio description, signalled with the symbol [AD], the performances become more accessible to people with visual impairment. This practice consists of the live description of the visual content of the performance, using individual headphones. If you need this equipment, ask the ushers for headphones. In these sessions, one hour before the start of the performance, people with visual impairment are given a moment to recognize the stage. If you prefer, you can inform us of your participation at bilheteira.tmp@agoraporto.pt.
According to Decree-Law no. 74/2007 of March 27, you can be accompanied by an assistance animal, including in theatres. The animal must carry its badge in a clearly visible way. You may be asked for the animal's identification card; you must bring this document with you.
We have printed brochures with useful information about the performances with audio description in Braille. You can ask to see them at the ticket counters of the venues where these sessions are taking place.
Subtitles
For each event, it is indicated whether there is text, the languages used on stage, and subtitles in Portuguese and English.
