Gestos com Historia (Gestures with History) is a dance workshop for a mature public over 55 years of age. Based on the idea that we all have a body and that it bears the inscription of the individual’s past experience, the participants will be invited to perform the task of exploring their physical and intellectual memory, in creating small choreographic compositions representing the thematic environment created during the sessions, both individually and as a group.
