In this masterclass Lia Rodrigues proposes to share with the group of participants, the work she develops in Favela da Maré (Morro do Timbau), in Rio de Janeiro. The Centro de Artes da Maré, CAM, opened to the public in 2009, was made for the creation, formation and diffusion of the arts, with emphasis on contemporary dance, the CAM constitutes a genuine reference that breaks with the existing segmentation between the different territories of the city in the field of the art rights.
