In this master class, João Fiadeiro will share some of the ways in which he addresses choreographic composition. He will discuss the actions in which time is perceived retroactively by way of a past that only materialises after being confirmed by a future action, as well as the relation/tension stemming from the need to activate affection as a driving force behind dramaturgic decisions, while attempting to turn the body into a thing, the key prerequisite of real-time composition, which is his work method.
