Alice Ripoll has been working with this group of performers from Rio de Janeiro since 2014, combining contemporary dance, Brazilian urban dances, theatre and performance. Drawing inspiration from passinho, a new urban dance style originating from the Carioca funk, her works stand out for their unique energy, the quality of the performers, and the refined structures she creates. Alice Ripoll has presented herself at many Brazilian and European festivals such as Festival d'Automne Paris, DDD – Festival Dias da Dança and Kunstenfestivaldesarts.
