Ana Isabel Castro has a degree from the Escola Superior de Dança and attended the FAICC - Advanced Training in Interpretation and Choreographic Creation of Companhia Instável. As an Erasmus fellow at MUK in Vienna, she worked with Esther Balfe, Saju Hari and Georg Blaschke. She collaborated as an interpreter with Compagnie 7273, Circolando, Companhia Instável, KALE Companhia de Dança and Joclécio Azevedo. In 2019, she presented Marengo at DDD – Festival Dias da Dança. She is one of the Young Associated Artists (JAA!) of Teatro Municipal do Porto in the seasons 2019/2020 and 2020/2021.
