Ana Isabel Castro has a degree from the Lisbon School of Dance and attended the Advanced Training in Performance and Choreographic Creation (FAICC) by Companhia Instável. She performed for Compagnie 7273, Circolando, Companhia Instável, Kale Dance Company, Jonathan Uliel Saldanha, Joclécio Azevedo and Deeogo Oliveira. At DDD – Festival Dias da Dança, she presented her first creation, Marengo, in 2019, Iceberg in 2021, and Pechisbeque in 2023. She was one of Teatro Municipal do Porto’s young associate artists during the 2019/2020 and 2020/2021 seasons.
