Ana Santos Silva, Jovita Ivanaviciute, Marisa Vieira / Casa Ganapati
When Ana Santos Silva discovered yoga, she quickly fell in love with the practice and, above all, with this way of being in life. She met Casa Ganapati and found her teacher, Miguel Homem, with whom she continues to deepen her knowledge, but above all, a vision of herself. She took part in the 3rd edition of the Yoga training course with Miguel Homem and guest teachers. Ana teaches Hatha and Vinyasa Yoga.
Yoga crossed Jovita Ivanaviciute's path more than two decades ago. She had the opportunity to practice regularly with various teachers in Denmark and Germany and to deepen her knowledge during trips to India, Nepal and Thailand. But it was in Portugal that the true meaning of yoga was revealed to her. In 2018 she finished her first Yoga teacher course, certified by Yoga Alliance International, and immediately began two more years of studying Yoga and Vedānta with teacher Miguel Homem at Casa Gaṇapati. Jovita's Hatha Yoga classes are dynamic and a reflection of the traditional disciplines - Hatha, Iyengar and Aṣṭaṅga - together with the influence of some modern techniques, and moments for meditation, reflection and pranayama, always adapted to the abilities of each student. In Yoga and Vedānta you'll find answers to the purpose of a meaningful and conscious life.
Marisa Vieira has been studying and practicing yoga since 2010 and currently teaches at Casa Ganapati in Porto. Since 2018, she has been studying Vedanta with teacher Miguel Homem. In October 2019, she met the teacher Kia Naddermier, with whom she began studying Ashtanga Vinyasa Yoga. In her day, she keeps in mind values such as friendship, authenticity and simplicity. She chose yoga as a path to a harmonious and fulfilling life.
