Catarina Campos studied architecture and dance. She did professional training in urban dances at the Flow Dance Academy Paris and the Juste Debout School Paris, and did the Advanced Training in Performance and Choreographic Creation by Companhia Instável. She is a dancer who has an open understanding of movement originating in street and club dances. She co-created and performed in Tres pas sar (2016), Querencia (2017) and Bownd (2018). She performed in |F|, by the Orchidaceae Dance Company, Expedição [Expedition], by Mara Andrade, and Bate Fado, by Jonas & Lander (2021).
