Luísa Saraiva is a choreographer and dancer, living between Porto and Berlin. She studied psychology at the University of Porto and dance at the Folkwang University of the Arts in Essen. Her artistic practice researches the language of both body and voice, and it stands at the intersection between movement and musical composition. She was a resident choreographer at K3 | Tanzplan Hamburg during the 2019/2020 season. As a curator, she worked with the Folkwang Museum in Essen and Galeria Municipal do Porto in cross-disciplinary formats. She won the Tanzpraxis scholarship from the city of Berlin for the 2022/2023 season.
