Pedro Ramos is the artistic director of Ordem do O, a choreographer, performer, visual artist and teacher. He has a degree from the Lisbon School of Dance and is pursuing a master’s degree in movement theatre at the Lisbon Theatre and Film School. He teaches a body workshop in the scope of the theatre degree at ESAD – College of Art and Design. He has performed for various national and international creators. His creations include Diário Metafísico [Metaphysical Journal], Matriz [Matrix], Coniunctio, Alento [Encouragement], Corpo Anímico [Spiritual Body], Imo: eco-sistema interior [Imo: Inner Eco-System], Rizoma [Rhizome] and Metamorfoses [Metamorphoses]. He won the prize for Best Contemporary Dancer at the 2008 Dance Awards. 

Ordem do O is a platform for the development, production and promotion of a new choreographic language and artistic creation methodology based on the research work that Pedro Ramos has carried out in recent years in collaboration with other artists. It appeals to an understanding of what is present in the cycles of life, of what is essential and repeats itself in a renewed way.
